Wedding Package Definitions and Other Information

COVERAGE:

Pre-ceremony refers to the photographs typically taken at the bride's home usually an hour or so prior to the wedding.

Ceremony is the actual wedding itself, whether at a church, hall or other location of your choice.

Post-ceremony refers to two different photo events for your special day.  The first is the family photographs that are usually taken at the ceremony location following the ceremony.  The second is the outdoor session usually taken at a park or other location of your choosing.

3 hour reception coverage is defined as 3 hours from the start of your cocktail hour.  Includes introductions, toasts, cake cutting, head table and first dances.  Perfect for couples not having bouquet/garter tosses and/or bridal dances.

5 hour reception coverage will cover it all for you and is the most common timeframe for receptions in our coverage area.

6 hour reception coverage adds an extra hour to the end when the party shows no signs of stopping.

Number of Photos:

The number of photos refers to the 8x10 photos (or comparable units) you will choose for your finished album.  We do not count the following toward the number of photos:

Concluding couple photo at the end of the album

Special Effects:

Our basic special effects are a few overlays which enhance a few photos: the ring photo, an outdoor pose of the couple, the first dance and the ending photo.

The deluxe special effects include the basic special effects as well as the couple's invitation incorporated into the ring photo, and two special double-exposure photos.

Parent Albums:

A Parent Album is a 4x5 version of the wedding album.  Photos included are the same as in the wedding album, or special selections can be made to customize the album to the exact need of the parents.  Parent albums do not include special effects.
