On Location: SPIDER-MAN
3
This past weekend (June 17-18,
2006), I had the pleasure of being in New York City to
celebrate my birthday. What a weekend it was, attending the James
Bond Memorabilia auction at Planet Hollywood, enjoying fine dining, cigars
and all the usual fun we have on our many frequent trips to the
city. However, the morning of Sunday the 18th had a special
surprise in store, for as we were walking down Broadway near Times Square,
we could see a movie unit being set up. The clincher to hang about
was when I spotted an ID badge around a production assistant's neck:
SPIDER-MAN 3.
I would be misleading my readers
if I implied I was there in an official capacity; however, when a photo-op
presents itself, a photographer armed with a camera instantly goes into
"must-get-some-good-shots" mode. I think I did.
